Utilization of coal mine methane with CHP

PGM construct, deliver and maintain with his Partners Combined Heat Power Stations (CHP) for power and heat production. We develop complete utilization concepts for methane. CHP are easy networked with our methane drainage stations. The Container configuration allows a quick commissioning and moving.

For electrical performance up to 2,530 kW a container solution is suitable. For in house solutions are also generators with higher output possible.

As Engines we are using gensets from MAN, MWM und MTU. The Generators can be designed for different voltages e.g. 380 V, 400 V, 500 V, 660 V aso up to 10,500 V.

High efficiency electrical up to 43 % and thermal till 42 % and an availability > 97 % guarantee a high profitability. As in the case of our firedamp extraction systems, the systems can be monitored with our own online maintenance system. It allows our service team to have external access to all important control parameters and a fast diagnosis.
